Who we're looking for

As the CRM Manager at Seat Unique, your core responsibility will be to manage our email automation platform, ensuring its seamless operation. You will also play a pivotal role in utilising data to drive effective customer relationship management strategies. Compliance with GDPR regulations and effective email campaign management will be central to your role. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will create and manage email campaigns that enhance customer engagement and loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Email Automation Oversight: Take ownership of our email automation platform, optimising its performance to deliver timely and relevant email campaigns.
  • Data-Driven CRM: Utilise client metrics and data analysis to develop and execute customer relationship management strategies that foster customer retention and loyalty.
  • Email Campaign Leadership: Lead the creation and management of email campaigns, including template development, trigger setup, and performance tracking.
  • Audience Segmentation: Employ audience segmentation strategies to ensure that email campaigns reach the most relevant and receptive customers.
  • Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B tests on email campaigns to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  • GDPR Compliance: Stay up-to-date with GDPR regulations and ensure that all CRM activities, including email marketing, adhere to data protection laws.
  • Reporting Excellence: Generate regular reports on CRM performance, highlighting key metrics and providing actionable insights.
  • Collaborative Engagement: Collaborate closely with the marketing team, content creators, and designers to align CRM strategies with overarching marketing goals.
  • Quality Assurance: Execute comprehensive quality checks on all email campaigns to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in CRM and email marketing, applying new knowledge to enhance strategies.

Requirements

Skills & Experience

  • Proven Expertise: Demonstrated experience in CRM management, with proficiency in managing email automation platforms ideally Ortto (formerly Autopilot) or others such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot or similar.
  • Data Mastery: Strong understanding of client metrics and data analysis, with the ability to translate data into effective CRM strategies.
  • Automated Campaign Proficiency: Track record of building and overseeing automated email campaigns.
  • Ability to Utilise Customer Data: Track record of utilising customer data to provide insight to wider business
  • GDPR Knowledge: Thorough understanding of GDPR regulations and their application in CRM and email marketing compliance.
  • Testing and Optimization: Experience with A/B testing and a history of enhancing email campaign performance.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and quality assurance skills.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Collaborative Mindset: A collaborative spirit and the capacity to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Technical Aptitude:
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template customization is preferred but not required.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce products
  • Ability to build custom no code/low code integrations
