Your new role
Our client is seeking a paralegal and a senior paralegal to join the credit hire department where you will manage a varied caseload of Defendant Credit Hire claims. The role will see you manage a litigated caseload of small claims, fast-track and multi-track cases.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidates for both positions will need to have a proven track record of managing credit hire claims, preferably defendant, but the client will also consider candidates from a claimant background.
You will have excellent negotiation skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
