Credit Controller in Warwick

We pride ourselves in putting our people and customers at the heart of everything we do – and best of all, provide opportunities to develop skills and build careers through our award-winning Wolseley Talent Guild.As a Credit Controller based in Warwick, you’ll be responsible for: * Managing a portfolio of existing and new customers with the purpose of controlling, reducing and maintaining debt risk. * Ensuring systems are updated with calls, payment promise and query information to maintain accurate account history. * Building strong relationships with customers to ensure excellent customer service.And here’s what we’d like you to have: * Previous Credit Control experience with proven track record in debt reduction and account management. * The ability to work with large volumes in a fast-paced environment, ideally experience of query resolution. * To be proficient in Excel and confident using V-look up tables * Proactive and methodical approach, tenacious nature. * Confident, ability to problem solve and challenge where necessary.Also, did we mention?
