Credit Controller in London

Role:

Our client is looking for an immediate, temporary, Credit Controller to assist them for 12 months. You be will be responsible for following duties:

• Spearheading and applying company credit control policy and keeping monthly debtor's collections within set targets.
• Chasing overdue debt using credit control software and over the phone in a calm and helpful manner.
• Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending invoice reminders and contacting customers.
• Taking customer payments over the phone using the secure online merchant terminal.
• Managing your own credit control calendar to ensure chasing is performed methodically and on time.
• Review company credit control policy periodically with a focus on continued improvement and learning.
• Processing customer refunds and trade references on request.
• Generating statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.

Profile:

The successful temporary Credit Controller will have had experience working with large and complex ledger, and ideally experience working within retail or something similar.

You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.

Salary & Benefits:

This temporary Credit Control role will be paying circa £15-£18 per hour, dependant on experience.
