The Vacancy

Reporting to the Credit Control Team Leader, the main objective of the Credit Controller role is to reduce arrears in line with target, improving companys cash flow while at the same time ensuring all market Codes of Practice, Data Protection and in-house department procedures are followed.

You will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid approach (2 days from the office and 3 days from home), collaborate regularly with your peers while having a balance between your home and work life.

What you'll need

Previous Credit Control experience in a fast paced / target driven environment minimum of 1+ years.

Excellent telephone manner with experience of working daily on inbound and outbound calls with effective negotiation.

Demonstrable strong communication skills and a well organised approach.

Experience of working towards KPIs.

5 GCSEs (to include Maths A* - C grade or equivalent).

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
