Zachary Daniels Recruitment are partnered with this much loved multi-channel retailer, on the appointment of a Creative Designer.

Joining a dynamic and ambitious team, this role will suit someone who thrives from working to tight deadlines whilst creating eye catching digital designs in addition to POS.

A key part of this role is ensuring the creative is consistent with the brand values and really brings to life the brand DNA.

A heavily creative and hands on role, you will work across all digital including website design, email and social media and POS when required.

Day to day in the position ofCreative Designer, you will be responsible for:

• Use your creative flair to create bold and exciting designs for all promotions, in line with the marketing plan
• Ensure all artwork communicates promotional and corporate messages and brand values
• Fulfil multiple briefs tom a high quality, from a written brief
• Consistently be a brand ambassador for brand guidelines, ensuring artwork is on brand
• Use photoshop to an advanced level e.g, repurpose imagery, apply clipping paths to photography, correct colour imagery
• Meet deadlines within agreed timescales, ensuring changes are communicated to Creative Manager
• Collaborate with the wider team to implement artwork for all relevant campaigns

To be considered for the position of Creative Designer, you will offer the following:

• Minimum of 3 years hands on knowledge in a similar role, managing artwork/print production within retail
• A thorough working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, working on an Apple Mac
• Confident working to tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities with a real ability to stay calm under pressure
• A very strong eye for detail and a perfectionist in the quality of work produced
• A thorough knowledge of producing 'print ready PDF' artwork in line with supplied guidance
• A true appreciation for retail trading philosophy
