CQC Registered Manager in London

The Salary for this position is£40000 per annum plus performance relatedbonus

Hours are MondayFriday95 with on call duties

Affinity Care Group have the privilege to recruit onbehalf of our client based in Surrey.

We arerecruiting for a handson committed and experienced RegisteredManager in adult care where you can make a real difference to thelives of people with care needs for a wellestablished andoutstanding home care provider.

You will beleading and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional andinnovative care and support to the people within thehome.

What you will bedoing:

· Be responsible inthe daytoday management of the care service.

· Ensuring compliance with all relevantregulatory standards including CQC local authorities national andprofessional standards.

· Assist inthe recruitment and training of staff.

· Take responsibility for the businessdevelopment of the branch.

· Monitorand review care plans regularly to ensure they are meeting thechanging needs of our clients.

·Positively contribute to the development of the team empoweringthem to promote independence within the home and widercommunity.

· To operationally managethe business ensuring effective and efficient use of physical andfinancial resources

· Provideleadership to a team of staff promoting the values of theorganisation and ensuring positive relationships acrossprofessional boundaries.

· Conductregular supervisions appraisals service and complianceaudits.

· To contribute to thefinancial viability and future profitability of all the servicesoffered by the Branch.

Whatexperience and qualifications do you need:

· Level 5 in Leadership and Management inHealth and Social Care or Equivalent (or working towards)

· Previous experience of working in adult carein a management position.

· Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills at all levels

· Adaptability and flexibility

· Proven capacity to manage and motivate a teamof staff.

· Efficiently organise planand prioritise workload.

· A valid UKDriving license is required.
