Cover Supervisor in Manchester

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our team starting in September.

As a Cover Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff.

This role is crucial in maintaining the continuity of education for our students and ensuring a productive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise classes during the absence of teachers, ensuring students stay on task and follow the lesson plan provided.
• Manage classroom behavior in line with school policies and procedures.
• Provide support and guidance to students on their work and address any questions or issues.
• Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as required by the school.
• Foster a positive and orderly learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with young people in an educational setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively.
• Adaptability and the ability to respond to various situations with confidence.
• A commitment to the well-being and development of students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.
