Role and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
  • Implement pre-prepared lesson plans and manage classroom behavior effectively.
  • Provide support to students in their learning, answering questions and offering guidance as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance and report any issues to the appropriate staff members.
  • Foster a safe and inclusive environment where all students feel valued and supported.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a teaching or educational setting is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to different classroom environments and manage varying levels of student engagement.
  • Flexibility in working hours and availability to start immediately.
