We are seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our team in Colchester.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage classes in the absence of the regular teacher.

Ensure that students remain on task and complete the assigned work.

Provide support and guidance to students as needed.

Maintain a positive and productive classroom atmosphere.

Report on student progress and behaviour to relevant staff.

Requirements: Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is advantageous.
