Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Court of Protection Team, it is now seeking to appoint an experienced Solicitor / Legal Executive to work alongside the existing Court of Protection

Team.
The ideal candidate will be a solicitor with 0-3 years PQE, ideally in Court of Protection. However, newly qualified Private Client solicitors who are interested in specialising in Court of Protection will be consi

dered.
There is a steady flow of new instructions from existing clients and the firm is seeking a motivated, technically strong lawyer with ambition, who can develop relationships and put clients at ease during potentially very stressful situ

ations.
The role will include working closely with the firm’s professional deputies, Neurotrauma and Personal Injury Department, clients and their close friends and family, alongside therapists and other professional a

dvisors.
