We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Tax Manager to join their growing team.
As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and delivering a range of tax services to a variety of clients. You will work closely with partners and senior staff to ensure that clients receive the highest level of service and expertise. Your responsibilities will include:
Client Management:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with a portfolio of corporate clients.Providing high-quality tax advisory services and proactive support.Tax Compliance and Planning:
Managing the preparation and review of corporate tax returns.Advising on corporate tax matters, including complex tax planning and structuring.Ensuring compliance with relevant tax legislation and regulations.Technical Expertise:
Staying up-to-date with the latest tax developments and legislative changes.Conducting technical research and providing insights on complex tax issues.Delivering training and updates to staff and clients as needed.Team Leadership:
