This Top 30 law firm has a new opportunity for a Corporate Tax Associate to join its Corporate practice. The small corporate tax team supports and advises in relation to corporate restructures, M&A and tax structuring for HNW individuals. The Corporate practice’s sector expertise has a TMT, FS and Insurance focus and the work will be varied and include support also to the Real Estate, Finance and Employment teams also. The successful candidate will have upwards of 2 PQE in Corporate Tax and very exposure to stamp duty, VAT, share schemes and complex corporate tax structuring. The firm offers extensive international work so will suit an ambitious Tax associate already in a global firm or from a mid-tier or boutique firm keen to gain more complex work.
