Role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor or Legal Executive to work in the capacity of Partner. Playing a pivotal role in developing client relationships and participating in business development to build new client relationships.

Requirements

• UK qualified with a valid Solicitors' Practicing Certificate.
• 5 years+ PQE with solid general corporate law and private company M&A background
• An interest in working in a variety of corporate areas.
• Desirable: intra-group corporate and business structuring work.
• Clear, confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and entrepreneurial spirit
