About the Opportunity

We are pleased to offer this senior Corporate Solicitor opportunity with a highly regarded, market-leading national practice, based in central Southampton.

Corporate - Senior Solicitor – £55,000+ salary and excellent benefits package

You will be joining an excellent team with expertise across multiple disciplines, including strong technical ability across a variety of sectors including technology, financial services, healthcare, and renewable energy.

The successful candidate will lead on, and assist colleagues locally and nationally, supporting a wide range of clients including public and private UK and International companies in relation to M&A, equity/ debt funding and general corporate structuring matters.

You will also be encouraged to take an active involvement in business development activities, building client relationships and helping to grow their already strong national reputation.

The Candidate

• A 3+ PQE (Associate/ Senior Associate) Solicitor with excellent communication skills

• A strong grounding in corporate matters, including general M&A and corporate finance

• Willingness to participate in marketing and business development activities

• A high level of commerciality and motivated to drive growth

• Strong academic profile
