What will you do?
In this role you will advise on a broad residential property caseload
Sales & Purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
Handle re-mortgages & transfers of equity
Utilise the services offered by the in house on-boarding, post completion and business support teams
What do you need?
To be a qualified solicitor, legal executive or Licensed Conveyancer
Ideally you should have at least 3 years’ residential property experience
Local conveyancing solicitors, legal executives and Licensed Conveyancers already in Plymouth are encouraged to apply
Candidate with links to local estate agents are certainly encouraged to apply
Any experience with Agricultural or Investment Property matters would be a bonus, but not essential
