The role would be perfect for an engineer who has been in a maintenance role but is looking for a step into a more Projects/Automation based position. Because this isn't a manufacturing facility there is no need to work 24/7, the position is Monday - Friday across 8 hours with flexibilty around the starting times. The main responsibilities are as follows:Reactive and breakdown work on Mixing machines, Pasteurizers, freezers, motors, pumps Supporting the supervisor on Control projects:Main tasks are to repair, design, plan, build and wire, program, commission and modify electrical panels and control systems - These are used in the construction of test rigs, prototype machines and pilot plant equipment.Take on some of the Electrical and Control Design aspects of systems and produce drawingsRepair & Fault Find Control Systems Writing machinery manualsPLCs - Siemens TIA Portal & RockwellThis is a rare opportunity to join this division so if you are interested and have experience within Electrical Machinery Maintenance within an FMCG or Food environment please get in touch.
