Sphere Solutions is looking to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager for sites covering Devon. Our client is a long-standing, established, developer who creates and build design-led housing developments of the highest quality across Devon & Cornwall/
Due to continual growth in the region, from both sales and a healthy land bank, they are looking to recruit a Contract Manager– sites are spread across North and Mid Devon, and you will be managing up to 4 sites at any one time. Reporting to the Construction Director – you will manage experienced build team whilst ensuring build programmes are on time and Health & Safety and Quality are adhered to.
What we’re looking for:
The ideal candidate will be a proven Contracts Manager within housebuilding coupled with knowledge of the NHBC both modern and traditional build methods. Excellent Management and organisational skills are a given, along with a good HSE record and understanding of the regional supply chain.
On offer is an excellent salary Circ. £75,000 with car/car allowance, bonus structure, private medical cover, pension and flexible benefits package.
With specialist consultants based in our regional offices (Bristol, Cardiff, Plymouth, Taunton and Gloucester) we fill vacancies daily with contractors, developers, civil engineers and their supply chain with quality candidates.
