What's in it for you? * Basic salary of circa £52,000 * Car allowance of £5,000 per annum * 5% Bonus * Holiday allowance of 33 days per annum * Private Medical and Life insurance * An opportunity to work for a Global FM service provider About your role * Lead all planned and reactive maintenance across the contract being the first point of management contact with all technical aspects and queries. * Manage contractual compliance from a technical standpoint across the contract * Manage both in house and subcontractor teams * Working with the internal and external stakeholders to ensure conformance to budget * Working closely with the relevant stakeholders to deliver exceptional service levels About you * Technically qualified in Electrical or Mechanical engineering * Experience of managing hard services facilities management contracts * Experienced in managing both mobile teams and sub-contractors * Commercially astute * Excellent H&S and compliance knowledge * Outstanding stakeholder management skills both internally and externally * Excellent levels of customer service and a proactive approach to managing any issues Candidates with IOSH or NEBOSH are highly preferred. You may have experience as one of the following: Contracts Manager, FM Contract Manager, Contract Manager, Technical Manager, Hard Services Manager, Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Team Leader, Technical Services Manager.
