We have an opening for a Contracts Manager to lead a large portfolio of Civil Engineering projects and join our senior management team. This role involves providing effective leadership for multiple schemes within a framework or contract.

You will be responsible for ensuring safety, overseeing delivery, managing costs, and forecasting across numerous schemes, all in alignment with strategic business plans and annual targets. The ideal Contracts Manager will exemplify an uncompromising commitment to safety and quality.

The Contracts Manager plays a key role in the development of their team, supporting growth and ensuring suitable development opportunities are offered. Working as part of a team, the Contracts Manager should be in communication with other Contract Managers and Senior Directors to support development of individuals and ensure whole business support across VolkerFitzpatrick.
