Contracts Manager Tranent Office based with travel to sites throughout Edinburgh and the Lothians £50-55K + Bonus Related Benefits + Fuel Card + Pension Excellent opportunity for an individual with a background in joinery and management to join a growing, reputable company, working on exciting high end, luxury new builds.

As the company expands, they are looking to bring in another contracts manager to oversee projects.

This role is focused on maintaining high standards of work on site, ensuring effective communication with clients, and supporting the site foreman.

You will act as the primary point of contact between the site and the client, ensuring that the client is satisfied with the work being carried out.

You will work closely with the site foreman, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure that all site operations run smoothly.

To be considered for this role you must have strong organizational skills, a background in management and joinery, and an understanding of residential construction.
