Contracts Manager - CladdingBasingstokeSalary up to £70,000 + 25 Days Holiday + Car Allowance + PackageBlaymires Recruitment is working with a specialist Facades Contractor based in Basingstoke, who is searching for a Contracts Manager to join the team.The business undertakes a variety of rainscreen cladding, curtain walling, steel framing systems, insulated render and wall panelling projects across the South. Projects range in value from £500k to £5 million.The company has several projects starting shortly and are currently looking for an experienced Contracts Manager with an in-depth knowledge of cladding or facades systems.This is a rare opportunity for a Contracts Manager to make their mark and support the growth of an established and profitable contractor, who has plans to grow over the next five years.This role would suit a Contracts Manager or Project Manager who have worked for a Cladding or Facades sub-contractor.As Contracts Manager you will have experience of overseeing cladding/ Façade projects and will have experience in supporting site teams as well as liaising with the clients and ensuring projects are planned, programmed, resourced, and delivered on time and budget.The successful Contracts Manager will need to have: * At least 3 years Project Management or Contracts Management experience. * New Build or Cladding Remediation experience. * Detailed understanding of Health & Safety management and compliance. * A sound knowledge of CDM Regulations. * Able to communicate effectively with clients, Architects, and other professionals as well as sub-contractors and suppliers. * Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills. * Able to inspire and motivate the work force.Qualifications of the Contracts Manager * Black CSCS card * SMSTS certificate * First Aid at Work * Degree or HNCOn Offer for the Contracts Manager: * Salary up to £70,000. * Car Allowance £5000 * 25 Days Holiday. * Pension. * Ongoing training and development. * Interesting and varied work.For more information about this role contact Stephen Blaymires at Blaymires Recruitment Ltd
