We are seeking a Continuing Airworthiness Manager (CAM) to join our established team based in the UK.

Role Overview

As a key role within the CAMO, the CAM is responsible for leading the team and ensuring we deliver a high quality, efficient and compliant service to our customers. The role will be split between leading our team and internal processes, in addition to account management and interfacing with our customers. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a technical CAM role or equivalent, experience in providing outsourced services and be comfortable working in an empowered environment within an entrepreneurial company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the continuing airworthiness of a diverse fleet of aircraft.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, customer requirements and company policies.
• Act as the UK Form 4 CAM for our approval, maintaining all necessary approvals and certifications.
• Utilise the computer-based maintenance system to monitor, control, and document all airworthiness activities.
• Coordinate with maintenance, planning, and operations teams to ensure timely and efficient aircraft maintenance and inspections.
• Develop and implement airworthiness procedures and processes to enhance safety and efficiency.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities, clients, and other stakeholders regarding airworthiness matters.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the airworthiness team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
• Interface with customers to ensure services are being delivered to the required standards and exceeding expectations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Continuing Airworthiness Manager or similar role within the aviation industry (fixed wing).
• Experience using either AMOS, CAMP or other similar computer-based maintenance tracking system.
• In-depth knowledge of UK and EASA airworthiness regulations and standards.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proven experience of leading teams including the coaching, development and performance management of team members.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic and agile environment.
