V7 Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to join one of our clients, an established main contractor based in the North West.
Projects are mostly largescale city centre projects.

Ideal candidate:
- Strong leader who is able to motivate a team and provide solutions.
- Used to overseeing several projects simultaneously.
- Happy to travel across Greater Manchester/ Liverpool/ Cheshire area.
- Prior experience working on largescale, logistically challenging projects would be advantageous.
Duties include:
- Developing the project management team.
- Ensuring projects are being delivered on time, within budget and to a high quality.
- Managing profit/ loss on projects.
- Managing client relationships.
- Keeping up to date with changes in legislation and the impact this has on the business/ projects.
- Ensuring projects are being delivered safely.
- Delegating time effectively ensuring the challenging sites are receiving the attention and support needed.
