THE ROLE
We have a vacancy for a NQ Solicitor to join an established and highly respected construction team, known for its significant experience in construction dispute resolution
The work will be mainly contentious but there will be an opportunity to handle some transactional work.
You will be working alongside senior team members, handling dispute resolution work for a broad ranging client base
Work will include advising on litigation, arbitration, adjudication and settlement matters.
The role will be based in the South West of England
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will have completed a construction seat with experience of handling both contentious and non-contentious construction work.
You will have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and a desire to develop a career in construction
The firm has a supportive work culture with a good work/life balance and offers hybrid working arrangements
