About the role

As a Compliance Analyst, you will play an important role in supporting the UK compliance function in delivering the CFC compliance plan, including the operation of an effective compliance programme and all of the compliance systems and controls applicable to CFC Underwriting.
 
Your role will involve interaction with stakeholders across our entire business and is generalist in nature, so there will be plenty of opportunity to get involved in a broad range of compliance projects and emerging regulation.

About you

So what are we looking for? Well, this is an experienced role so we are looking for a proactive Compliance specialist with experience working within specialty Insurance. 

Other elements of expected knowledge and/or experience are:
  • Good knowledge of Lloyd’s and UK regulatory requirements; 
  • Good knowledge of of UK regulatory frameworks, with an ability to swiftly understand new requirements and changes to the regulatory landscape.
  • London market insurance experience essential; experience with a Lloyd’s managing agent would be super interesting to hear about too;
  • Experience working with delegated authorities, including a knowledge of how binding authority agreements work, would be highly regarded.
  • Given this is a busy, business facing function, the type of professional we believe will excel in the role is likely to be an effective communicator with incredible attention to detail and an ability to work autonomously in ambiguous situations.
