The Role:

• Ensure compliance with the Companies Act 2006 and other relevant legislation and regulations.
• Provide expert governance advice to the board and senior management.
• Maintain statutory books and records, manage annual filings, and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Support the preparation and management of board and committee meetings, including minute-taking and distribution of meeting materials.
• Liaise with external regulators and advisers such as lawyers and auditors.

The Person:

• Fully qualified or part-qualified Company Secretary (ICSA) with at least 5 years' experience.
• Strong knowledge of the Companies Act 2006 and relevant governance standards.
• Experience in a FTSE or Financial Services / Investment Management environment.
• Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of integrity and discretion.
