Commercial Property Solicitor in UK

Associate Solicitor – Commercial Property 1-3 years PQE- Salary £78-89K dep on PQE + great benefits - Hybrid working.

Prestige, Chambers ranked, and top 200 UK law firm with a prolific property practice, is looking for a further junior solicitor to join their large reputable commercial property department.

The role:

Reporting to the Head of Department, you will manage a varied caseload of predominantly commercial property transactions including property finance with some residential work.

As a team they act for clients on the purchase and sale of commercial and high-value residential properties, on residential and commercial development matters; commercial property investment, hotel and leisure transactions, and they provide specialist advice for retail occupiers.

They regularly act on property transactions normally handled by larger firms and have been involved with a number of transactions with values exceeding £100m.

They have also acted on a number of high-profile transactions involving complicated structures for the development and financing of real estate.

Requirements:

• Qualified UK Solicitor with ideally 1-3 years of experience in dealing with commercial property transactions
• Previous commercial and residential experience
• Experience gained in a well renowned ranked UK Law firm.
• Good academics
• Working knowledge of property finance work
• Strong drafting skills, with outstanding attention to detail.
• Excellent command of English– written and spoken
• Strong communication skills
• Strong client relationship skills
• Positive can-do and pragmatic approach
