The company has earned a fantastic reputation throughout Northern England for its top-notch client service and quality work in various sectors. As they grow, they're looking to bring on another Commercial Property Solicitor (3-6 PQE) to join their current Commercial Property team.

The Candidate

• A Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 3-6 years PQE
• Ability to work to deadlines/targets, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
• Experienced in managing commercial property transactions, including sales, acquisitions, leasing, landlord-tenant relationships, financing, and residential conveyancing activities
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
• Professional and effective communication with individual and business contacts
