Commercial Property – Solicitor – Up to £60,000(DOE) - Salary

The Role

This presents an excellent chance to become part of a well-respected, contemporary, and vibrant law firm that is poised for growth, with intentions to enhance its office network by expanding its commercial property team in Liverpool.

The firm has built an outstanding reputation across the UK for its exceptional client service and high-quality work in both the commercial and private sectors.

As it expands, the firm is seeking to hire an additional Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ – 6 PQE) to join the existing Commercial Property team.

Candidates must have experience, knowledge, and a demonstrated history of successfully managing commercial property transactions, including sales, acquisitions, leasing, landlord-tenant relationships, financing, and residential conveyancing activities.

The Candidate

• A Commercial Property Solicitor with 0-6 years post qualification experience
• Ability to work to deadlines/targets, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
• Professional and effective communication with individual and business contacts
