The Role

Commercial Property - Associate Solicitor - Up to £60,000 - £90,000 salary DOE

This award-winning, full service Legal 500 practice is known for its high-quality work and providing specialist quality legal advice to an extensive client base consisting of SME's including a number of investors, developers and lenders.

Due to the expansion of the firm’s Commercial Real Estate team, it is now seeking to appoint an additional Associate with 2-6 years PQE who will be will be principally involved in advising on all aspects of sales, acquisitions, purchases, leases, landlord and tenant and property finance matters.

The firm is seeking a motivated and technically strong lawyer, who can develop relationships and easily tap into a lucrative client base.

The Candidate

• Commercial Real Estate Associate with 2-6 years post-qualification experience from a City firm
• Must have a strong academic background
• Development experience would be highly advantageous
• A passion for business development is essential
• Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise, and manage a varied caseload
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
