About the Opportunity

We are pleased to offer this senior Commercial Contracts Solicitor opportunity with a market-leading national practice, working remotely, with offices across the UK.

Commercial Contracts Solicitor – £90,000 + salary and excellent benefits package

You will be joining an ambitious, growing commercial law firm, with an excellent team of dedicated lawyers, operating across the UK.

The successful candidate will lead on the complete suite of complex commercial agreements, across a variety of sectors including energy, life sciences, retail & luxury brand, sports, start-ups, and technology.

You will also be encouraged to take an active involvement in business development activities, building client relationships and helping to grow their national reputation/ brand.

Experience in data protection, competition, and privacy law would be highly beneficial, but not essential.

The Candidate

• A 9+ Commercial Contracts Solicitor with strong technical ability

• Knowledge of distribution/ agency agreements, and Ts & Cs for goods and services

• Willingness to participate in marketing and business development activities

• A high level of commerciality and motivated to drive growth

• No client following is required
