Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to maximise revenue and profitability
• Lead, motivate, and mentor a diverse team to deliver operational excellence and top-tier service
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, increasing efficiency and productivity across the board
• Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders
• Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor movements to maintain a competitive edge
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including health and safety standards
• Ownership of financial compliance for the site, including budgeting, forecasting & P&L responsibility.
