Commercial Gas Engineer in Manchester

Marble Talent Group are currently recruiting for a well respected maintenance company that are seeking a Commercial Gas Engineer based out of their Manchester office.

Hours: Monday to Friday - 42.

5 average weekly hoursSalary: £40,000 - £42,000p/a.

Responsibilities: * Mostly covering service, maintenance, breakdown and repair work in and around Manchester.

* Carrying out scheduled planned maintenance visits and servicing at client’s sites.

* Working on a variety of commercial plant including boilers, burners, water heaters and other mechanical plant/pipework including oil and LPG units.

* Creating new relationships with clients on site and building on existing ones.

* Carrying out reactive maintenance visits where you will need to fault find, diagnose, isolate and repair.

* Updating, renewing and correcting asset lists to ensure that the contract will run smoothly moving forward.

* Helping to quote for remedial works and other small projects.

* Submitting detailed engineering reports to ensure our office team can communicate clearly with the client.

Requirements: * Commercial Gas Tickets: CODNCO1, COCN1, TPCP1, ICPN1, CDGA1, CIGA1, CORT1.

* Domestic Gas Tickets: CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR, CPA1.

* Full UK Driving Licence * OFTEC Registered * Confident working on other Mechanical units such as Air Handling Units * Minimum of 3+ years of working independently as a Commercial Gas Engineer.

* Excellent communication skillsBenefits: * Overtime paid at X 1.

5 and X 2 * Weekly Pay.

* Private use on van within Greater Manchester area when needed within reason.

* Callout per week Friday to Friday £140 (1 in 4) * Any bank holidays covered on call get day in leu back.
