This role requires a proactive and driven individual with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to negotiate.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact individuals and businesses with overdue debts via telephone, email, and written correspondence

Exceptional Organization: Maintain exceptional organization skills to manage client interactions and tasks efficiently.

Negotiate payment plans and settlements with debtors to recover outstanding balances

Provide support and assistance to debtors experiencing financial difficulties.

Meet or exceed monthly targets for debt recovery and call quality.

You must have a proven experience within a Collections Officer role, with a track record of achieving targets.

Must have exceptional organisation and communication skills.
