Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Lead in the Neurodevelopmental Pathway.
As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the neurodevelopmental pathway, including assessing clients' needs, developing treatment plans, and monitoring progress.
You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and provide clinical leadership and supervision.
Essential Criteria
- Doctorate in Clinical Psychology
- At least 3 years experience post qualification
- Experience of conductive cognitive and neurodevelopmental assessments
- Ability to provide training and clinical supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership experience
- Commitment to neuroaffirmative practice
