The Role

This is a superb opportunity to join a Top Tier Legal 500 Firm that offers specialist quality legal advice to both businesses and individuals Nationally.

Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Clinical Negligence department, it is now seeking to appoint a Senior Associate (5+ years PQE) to take on some excellent cases and work on them from inception to trial.

The ideal candidate will be a 5+ years PQE and have experience handling a caseload of Clinical Negligence claims, investigating and litigating cases. The successful candidate will be able to run litigated files confidently. Supervision experience is desirable.

This firm currently has a team of experts and are keen to speak to likeminded people, who are passionate about Clinical Negligence and client care.

The Candidate

• Clinical Negligence Senior Associate (5 years PQE)
• Experience of managing own caseload
• Litigation experience
• Supervision experience
• Prioritise and manage a varied caseload
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
• Excellent client care skills
• Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts
