Tasks- Fulloperational and clinical management of assigned clinic(s) ensuringhigh care and quality outcomes.
- Compliance withpolicies procedures guidelines and regulations preparing foraudits.
- Implementing continuous improvementactivities at clinic and managementlevels.
- Financial management including budgetplanning and cost control.
- Supervising trainingand supporting staff fostering continuous professionaldevelopment.
- Developing and maintainingrelationships with referring Client Organisation/s andstakeholders.
- Level1 Nurse Registered with the NMC with a postbasic qualification inrenal nursing.
- Experience in Haemodialysis andproven ability to lead nursingteams.
- Demonstrated experience in managing andleading specialist nurses andpractitioners.
- Strong understanding of theHealth and Social Care Act 2008 relevant to Independent Healthcareproviders.
- Excellent communication skills andproficiency in MSOffice.
