We have a fantastic opportunity for a Client Services Administrator to become an integral part of our bustling Private Client Dealing Desk.

Experience in an administrative or customer service role
Strong time management skills with the ability to adapt to changing workloads and priorities
Meticulous attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Strong team player
Degree in a relevant area (Business or Finance)
Demonstrable IT skills
Provide day-to-day support to our private client dealing team
Assist first-time users with our online platform
Maintain and accurately record KYC (Know Your Customer) information
Assist with client onboarding, ensuring adherence to relevant policies and processes
Manage client accounts and support our varied client base
