Weare looking for an experienced Client Partner to join our growingteam here at Massive Rocket.

The Client Partner will develop andnurture trusted client relationships and grow revenues fromexisting clients whilst balancing new business efforts.

TheClient Partner will be will be the voice of the customer and ownendtoend responsibility for Profitability Client Engagement andCSat Growth and Operational Delivery with existing accounts andwill also play an active role in business developmentactivities.

TheClient Partner (jointly with the Practice Leads) will demonstratestrong industry POV and subject matter expertise with knowledge inCustomer Engagement Strategy and amp; Best Practice CRM platformmigration and execution Data Architecture and Martech CDPCEPMarketing Cloud.

TheClient Partner will be adept at consultative solutionsellingproviding solutions to complex client issues that drive mutuallypositive business outcomes in the customer experience domain.

TheClient Partner will be experienced in Account Management andfamiliar with Project Management principles with the ability toactively engage and collaborate with team members to cater toclients specific business needs.

A team player who is confident totake the initiative assertive in challenging the status quo yetrespectful and can drive things forward working atpace.

Responsibilities

DrivingRevenue Growth and amp; Success on existingclients

Endtoendresponsibility for the success and growth of the engagement andaccount starting from initial meetings and proposal creation toaccount delivery and growth.

Determine thestrategic direction and tone for all clientaccounts.

Developing growth roadmap and managing end to end commercialretention renewal and expansion of all clientaccounts.

Establishing and maintaining the client relationship standard ofexcellence for theagency.

Managingsenior client expectations increasing client satisfaction andengagement.

Ensuring all projects are delivered as per client scope andbudgets; proactively managing client expectations in case of delaysand flagging risks and mitigationsperiodically

Actingas a point of escalation to address client feedback and proposeappropriatesolutions

Workingwith the delivery team to ensure projects are appropriately staffedand profitable.

Coaching and supporting the team to continuously improve thequality of the strategy and delivery on the clients business addingvalue at everytouchpoint

Managingtracking and reporting of performance to uphold team accountabilityand promote quality ofservice.

LeadingNew Business

Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities buildingimmediate confidence and trust with newprospects

CraftingPitch presentations Commercial Proposals and amp; Pricing with thesupport of the deliveryteam

Developingstrategic roadmaps and scoping new business projects with thesupport of the delivery team andnbsp;

Leadingnegotiations and closing contracts and Scope of Work with ClientProcurement Teams

Onboarding new clients ensuring successful transition from Sales toDelivery

Experience

10 years experience in a client facingrole

TechnicalEngineering or Technical MarketingBackground

Experience and expertise in at least 4 of the followingareas

Consulting /Business Analyst

Customer Engagement/Customer ExperienceStrategy

CRM

MarTech CDP CEPMarketing Cloud andnbsp;

Customer DataManagement

DataArchitecture/ DataWarehouse

DataAnalytics/Measurement/Reporting

Experience managing multiple complexprojects
