The role
This is pivotal role in developing, maintaining, and enhancing a comprehensive self-guided digital customer experience.
Your focus is on optimising the customer journey by improving onboarding, increasing product utilisation, and reducing support queries.
By collaborating cross-functionally with Production, Support, Marketing, and Sales teams, you ensure that customers maximise their investment in eLearning with iHasco.
