The role

This is pivotal role in developing, maintaining, and enhancing a comprehensive self-guided digital customer experience.

Your focus is on optimising the customer journey by improving onboarding, increasing product utilisation, and reducing support queries.

By collaborating cross-functionally with Production, Support, Marketing, and Sales teams, you ensure that customers maximise their investment in eLearning with iHasco.

  • Enhanced Onboarding Experience: Develop and maintain a seamless self-guided onboarding experience to help new customers quickly and effectively start using and deriving value from our products.
  • Increased Product Utilisation: Create and update self-help resources to guide customers through advanced features and best practices, maximising their engagement and value derived from our offerings.
  • Reduced Support Queries: Develop resources that address common support issues, reducing the volume of inbound support requests.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Production, Support, Marketing, and Sales teams to align educational content with product updates, marketing campaigns, and customer feedback.
  • Scalable Customer Education: Implement scalable education solutions that support our eCommerce platform and operational improvements, contributing to overall efficiency and growth.
