Civil Litigation Solicitor 2PQE+Leading WestLondon FirmHighly Regarded FirmA unique opportunity has arisen for a high-calibre Civil Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 2 year's PQE.

The ideal candidate will be confident managing a complex caseload and have excellent client care and communication skills across all levels.

The role requires sound technical expertise across all aspects of Civil Litigation and the undertaking of fee-earning work across predominantly property litigation matters (commercial, landlord-tenant).

A firm but fair approach to advising clients is essential, as well as the ability to work independently and as a member of the team.

Responsibilities Include:Managing a range of litigation matters from initial instruction through to matter conclusionProviding cost estimates to new clientsOpening files and progressing matters in line with the firm and SRA's proceduresContributing to business development activity and networking events on behalf of the firm As a Civil Litigation Solicitor, it is essential you can demonstrate the following skills and competencies: Extensive experience dealing with property litigation mattersAbility to establish and maintain good client relationships, both internally and externally at all levelsCalm, confident manner to handle potentially uncomfortable conversationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to work under pressure and to deadlines This is a tremendous opportunity to not only join a prestigious litigation team but, also join one which has a very favourable working environment, giving you the work-life balance often missed by many firms.
