I have a fantastic opportunity for either an experienced Registered Manager to take on a new challenge or a Deputy Manager looking for their next step...!

The role is to become registered with OFSTED as the manager of a children's residential care home.

The home is a brand new service, being part of a national organisation that offer career progression and support with training and development.

Details:

Children's Home Manager
Supporting children and young people within an OFSTED regulated service
Open and ensure the service is a safe environment for children and young people
Working for a national company, that offers therapeutic support for children and young people

Work alongside the RI to ensure the home is safe, supporting and an enriching environment to create positive outcomes for children and young people
You will manage the day to day operations, ensuring the home is compliant with OFSTED and meets company standards
You will work alongside an HR and recruitment department to assist with staff management, recruitment, and development
The home is based in Leeds

Pay:

£40,000 - £50,000 dependant on experience and qualifications

Requirements

Deputy or Registered Manager experience
Level 5 in leadership and management, or working towards
Level 3 in children and young people
Driving Licence
