An award-winning Family Law firm, based in Rochdale Town Centre, is seeking an experienced Family Law Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its dedicated team.

The firm boasts of an extraordinarily large Client base with instructions in both Legally Aided and Privately Funded work.

You'll be working alongside accredited specialists who manage a huge and varied caseload.

The Position:

We are looking for a Solicitor/Legal Executive to handle a wide variety of family issues, including:

• Domestic Violence
• Children
• Divorce
• Finances

The firm is also open to welcoming applications from more niche family practitioners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Family Law Expertise: Knowledgeable across all aspects of family law. If a niche practitioner, you should be able to demonstrate your ability through panels
• Caseload Management: Develop and enhance a busy department
• Client Services: Deliver high-quality advice and support to clients throughout the entire process
• Business Development: Keen interest in business development and advancing your career as a Family Lawyer
