Freshminds are working with a global entertainment business who are searching for a Chief of Staff to support a highly impressive CEO and leadership team.
The role will sit within a high growth and fast paced business and will present the successful candidates with great opportunities to progress their career.
Responsibilities
• Leading Internal Communications and a Centralised Strategy Function within the business
• Be the CEO and leadership team ‘go to’ for ad-hoc strategic requirements, intellectual sparring, and providing a sounding board for ideas and future initiatives
• Hold individuals and teams accountable, setting expectations and facilitating clear lines of communication
Requirements
• A minimum of 5 years experience with a top consulting firm, experience with a top tech firm advantageous.
• Experience within a fast paced organisation, comfortable with ambiguity and driving change
• Strong people management skills with the ability to manage senior stakeholders
