Role Overview:
Finatal is currently working with a Facilities Services business who are about to be bought by a mid-market Private Equity firm after growing x3 in terms of revenue over the past 3 years. They are looking for a CIO to define their Tech/IT strategy and lead them across 3 pillars: ERP Transformation, Data & Security. They will be going through significant buy & build plan, with 3 acquisitions already lined up, so this hire will be pivotal to the business.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the end-to-end transformation of the ERP systems, ensuring seamless integration across the growing portfolio of businesses.
· Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of ERP solutions to improve operational efficiency and support our growth strategy.
· Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy to enhance data management, analytics, and business intelligence.
· Establish a data-driven culture, leveraging insights to drive decision-making and business performance.
· Lead the development and implementation of a robust cybersecurity strategy to protect our digital assets and ensure compliance with industry standards.
· Proactively address security risks and vulnerabilities, fostering a culture of security awareness across the organization.
Qualifications & Experience:
· Proven experience as a CIO or in a similar senior IT leadership role, ideally within the facilities management sector.
· Demonstrated success in leading ERP transformations and building out data capabilities.
· Strong expertise in cybersecurity and developing comprehensive security strategies.
· Experience working within a Private Equity portfolio, with a track record of managing heavy M&A activities.
· Exceptional strategic thinking, with the ability to align technology initiatives with business goals.
· Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and drive change across diverse teams.
