This role will be very hands on so will suit someone with plenty of drive and a passion for delivering exceptional dishes with the opportunity to write your own day and Bistro menu!.As an experienced Chef you will be hard working, enthusiastic, have a passion for food quality and presentation with superb culinary expertise and exceptional attention to detailYou will have experience of writing & planning menu's, GP's / costings and you must have Food Awareness qualifications, excellent food standards and possess extensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene and sanitation practices.
