The OPRA Group has a great opportunity for a Chef to oversee meal preparation and service, ensuring high-quality, nutritious, and appealing dishes.You'll manage kitchen staff, maintain cleanliness and safety standards, and create menus that cater to diverse dietary needs, enhancing the overall dining experience for guests.This is a Temp to Perm (long-term), Full-Time, Monday – Friday role.Role Duties: * Responsible for planning, preparing, and serving a variety of meals to guests. * Ensuring high standards of food quality, nutrition, and presentation, while adhering to health and safety regulations. * Manage kitchen inventory, and coordinate with suppliers for fresh ingredients. * Create daily and weekly menus that cater to diverse dietary preferences, contributing to a positive and enjoyable dining experience for all patrons.Chef - Essential Skills & Experience Required: * Food hygiene and safety certification * Min. 1 year of experience as a chefChef – Benefits Offered: * Full-time hours, long-term temp-to-perm * Monday to Friday between the hours of 8 and 6 – good work/life balanceAre you interested in being a Chef with us?
