Position: Channel Marketing Manager

Job location: Reading, UK （will move to London in H2 2024）

Job Description:

• Leadership of all channel marketing programs for the UK and Ireland with strategic partners including O2, Three, Vodafone, Argos, Very, Amazon and Curries.
• Development of the annual channel marketing roadmap with each channel partner, including programs that target new customer acquisition, customer retention and the cross-selling of a product portfolio of connected devices.
• Responsible for the planning, creation, production and implementation of high-impact channel marketing campaigns, in retail, online and call-center touch-points.
• Brief and work with internal creators to design, develop and implement the campaign content.
• Plan, negotiate and manage the paid marketing assets owned by channel partners at touch-points across the customer journey toward purchase and into ownership.
• Partner with the media team to manage paid media as part of joint-marketing campaigns together with channel partners, creating new customer acquisition, retention or premium trade-up.
• Together with the wider marketing team, adopt a clear methodology to measure performance and ROI of all channel marketing campaigns to enable clarity on the efficiency and effectiveness of activities. Identify local best practices and build a repeatable, consistent model across all channel marketing activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all processes are adhered to, including marketing budget application, incentive application, acceptance of agency service, etc.

Requirements:

• A specialist in channel marketing, brand partnerships and retail marketing, with a minimum of five-years’ experience in an in-house channel marketing role or agency role.
• The ideal candidate will have a background in the telecommunications, technology or electronics industries, with a genuine interest in smartphones and connected devices.
• A collaborator who thrives on working together with external customers, their teams and the internal sales and marketing organization.
• Strives to execute best-in-class channel marketing strategies and plans with strong ROI for the channel partner and the company.
• A sense of leadership and a strong business mindset, focused on what is needed to drive sales impact and business results for the brand.
• Excellent time management, communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated and able to tackle challenging situations with grace.
• Able to learn and adapt quickly.
• Fluent in English.
