• Shape and implement the company's overall strategic vision.
• Refine pricing strategies to optimize revenue and lead conversion.
• Explore new verticals beyond gaming to expand market reach.
• Set clear goals and provide guidance for operational teams to achieve KPIs.
• Cultivate a high-performance culture that attracts and retains top talent.
• Elevate the company's brand through thought leadership and industry presence.
• Assist in sales pitches and lead conversion efforts.

• Onboarding : Transitioning clients from a high-touch onboarding process to self-sufficiency to enable rapid scaling
• Cycle Optimization : Streamlining the sales process to shorten the time to conversion and accelerate revenue growth
• Model Refinement : Finding the optimal balance between competitive pricing and maximizing revenue potential to drive profitability

• 5-10 years of experience in the technology sector
• Proven track record scaling a B2B SaaS startup from a small team to a profitable enterprise
• Established network in the gaming industry (casino / sports betting) or other relevant verticals
• Strong understanding of CRM and CRM automation systems
• Solid knowledge and passion for AI and machine learning
• Experience with fundraising and investor relations
• Based in London or open to relocation
